Let it rebuild under a structure. Let a new way of fighting take over. It's hard to create a competition in which all clans can partake due to personal beef. It'll be something else to see the clan world compete under an honor code again

Only way I can see this successfully happening is if Jagex implements a legit clan system that works in game and on their site EFFICIENTLY. I don't like the idea of killing the clan world and letting the players control it again. Its proven to be the worst possible method.
