I also owned Draynor.net (that Rs signature provider) and RuneHead.com (that ancient clan ML provider). But due to dropping traffic and lack of time/effort for maintenance, I let the Draynor.net expire (just last month), and pointed RuneHead.com to this website.
Believe it or not, traffic on 2007RsHelp.com is still pretty decent. I'm currently in the process of rewriting parts of the ancient backend so it can run on PHP 7 (... I believe it was written for PHP 4). So, I'll be keeping that site online just because thousands of people continue to find it useful. I won't have time to update/maintain it though. I'll be keeping these forums online ... just cuz.
